Welcome to Hurley
The incoming 2015 residents in Hurley's Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Training Program are an interesting bunch.
If anyone resurrects the Hurley resident-student soccer team, they may be able to recruit Omar Abuzeid MD and Carmen Paredes Sanez MD - both have a bit of futbol experience. And if the Resident Wellbeing Committee is looking for a fun, stress-buster of an activity, maybe they should contact Anwar Jackson MD? A little guitar music or African dance lessons, anyone? And there's nothing like feeling at home fast as, well, making your house feel like a home. Subhia Rehman MD could be a big help there, since she loves interior decoration and exploring different cultures and languages. Another Wellbeing Committee idea, perhaps? A workshop on how to make your surroundings feel more homey?
Of course, they're not here only to have fun - they all have research experience and are looking forward to learning more about their specialty, and they're especially looking forward to meeting everyone.
Click on the image at right to see their photos and profiles - and new OB Program Coordinator Jace Woodruff invites everyone to email them and give them a warm Hurley welcome.
